Website & Project Terms
Using the TSE website to learn about services, request a consultation, and contact the office.
Using this website
Use the website to explore TSE services and service areas, request a consultation, and find contact and payment links. Service descriptions are general information; the written estimate defines the work offered for your property.
Provide accurate contact and project details. Use only accounts and documents you are authorized to access, and do not misuse forms or interfere with the website.
Requests and acceptance
A consultation request asks the office to contact you. It does not accept project terms, confirm an appointment, sign an agreement, or authorize automatic billing.
Before work begins, review the written scope, estimate, schedule, payment arrangements, and any applicable agreement presented for your project.
Your accepted project documents
Your accepted written agreement, estimate, and approved changes govern your project. This public overview does not replace those documents or change any previously accepted terms.
Questions about cancellation, payments, workmanship, or warranties are reviewed against the documents for the specific project and applicable requirements. No new fee, deadline, liability cap, or warranty is created by this overview.
Payments and outside links
The site may link to the Real Green customer payment account. Review the account and payment details before making a payment. For questions about a bill or the correct payment instructions, call the office.
Information you share
The Privacy Policy explains how information submitted through the website is handled. Share only the information needed for your request; arrange property access details directly with the office.
Your records and your rights
Keep your accepted estimate, agreement, change orders, and payment records. Contact the office if you need to review the documents for your project. This overview does not restrict non-waivable rights or remedies, payment-card rights, or good-faith reports of a concern. Nothing here restricts, penalizes, or transfers ownership of an honest review.
Discuss your project with TSE
Call the office for questions about an estimate, schedule, payment, or completed work. We arrange an on-site consultation before preparing a project estimate. Most accepted jobs require a deposit before being added to the job board.
