Project Terms Overview
How TSE plans landscaping, heating and air, construction, and paving work with you.
Your project scope
The written estimate identifies the work proposed for your property. Review the included work, materials, site preparation, and any exclusions with the office before accepting.
Additional work or a change in materials, scope, or timing should be discussed and documented in an approved change order before it proceeds.
Consultation and scheduling
Call or send a consultation request with your contact details, property address, and a description of the job. The office will call back to arrange a site visit and prepare an estimate.
We confirm the start window with you after reviewing the scope, property access, materials, weather, and team availability. A requested date is not a confirmed appointment.
Deposits and payments
Most accepted jobs require a deposit before being added to the job board. The amount, payment schedule, and any other payment terms are explained in your written estimate or agreement.
Use the payment instructions provided for your project. Contact the office if a charge or payment request needs clarification.
Access and site conditions
Tell the office about parking, gates, pets near the work area, occupied spaces, utility locations you know about, and other site conditions that may affect safe access. Share access instructions through the method agreed with the office.
Changes, concerns, and project records
For a cancellation, reschedule, billing concern, or workmanship question, contact the office and identify the project. We review the request against your accepted written agreement and the work performed. Any applicable charges, remedies, or warranty terms come from that agreement and applicable requirements.
Your records and your rights
Keep your accepted estimate, agreement, change orders, and payment records. Contact the office if you need to review the documents for your project. This overview does not restrict non-waivable rights or remedies, payment-card rights, or good-faith reports of a concern. Nothing here restricts, penalizes, or transfers ownership of an honest review.
Discuss your project with TSE
Call the office for questions about an estimate, schedule, payment, or completed work. We arrange an on-site consultation before preparing a project estimate. Most accepted jobs require a deposit before being added to the job board.
