Schedule Changes & Cancellations
Contact TSE when the timing or scope of your project changes.
Tell the office about the change
Call the office as soon as you know you need to cancel, reschedule, or change access to the property. Give your name, service address, and the project or appointment you want to discuss.
The office will review your request and confirm the next step. Sending a message does not by itself confirm a revised start date.
Review your project terms
Your accepted written agreement and estimate state any cancellation conditions, notice requirements, material commitments, or charges that apply to your project. This overview does not set a standard cancellation fee or notice period.
Deposits and work already performed are reviewed under the applicable project terms. Ask the office to explain the relevant details before you make a decision.
Weather, materials, and site access
Weather, unsafe site conditions, equipment access, or material availability may affect outdoor and construction work. The office will discuss timing changes and a revised plan with you.
If TSE needs to change a scheduled visit, we will contact you to discuss the next available arrangements. Payment consequences, if any, are reviewed using the accepted project terms.
Keep the confirmation
Keep the written confirmation of a schedule change with your estimate and project records. If you believe a cancellation-related charge is incorrect, ask the office for a billing review.
Your records and your rights
Keep your accepted estimate, agreement, change orders, and payment records. Contact the office if you need to review the documents for your project. This overview does not restrict non-waivable rights or remedies, payment-card rights, or good-faith reports of a concern. Nothing here restricts, penalizes, or transfers ownership of an honest review.
Discuss your project with TSE
Call the office for questions about an estimate, schedule, payment, or completed work. We arrange an on-site consultation before preparing a project estimate. Most accepted jobs require a deposit before being added to the job board.
