Landscaping, general contracting, HVAC and paving are all in-house. A project that crosses trades — regrading around an addition, ductwork in a renovation, a new apron after a garage build — stays with one office and one schedule.
The scope goes in writing first
We look at the property, agree on what is being done, and put the scope in writing before work starts. Anything discovered along the way is raised and approved, not absorbed quietly.
Materials supplied and delivered
Mulch, topsoil, dirt, gravel and stone come off our own trucks by the cubic yard or ton, whether we are installing the work or just dropping the material in your driveway.
Local to the tri-state
Based in Ashland, Kentucky and working across Kentucky, West Virginia and Ohio since 1990. Our crews know what tri-state freeze, thaw and clay soil do to pavement, grade and equipment.
