Billing Concerns & Refund Requests
How to ask TSE to review a payment, invoice, deposit, or concern about completed work.
Request a billing review
Call the office or use the contact page. Provide your name, project address, invoice reference if available, and the specific item you want reviewed. Do not include card numbers or bank credentials in a website message.
We review the accepted written agreement, estimate, approved changes, payment records, and work performed before explaining the outcome.
Refunds, credits, and corrections
The applicable project terms and circumstances determine whether a refund, service credit, invoice adjustment, corrective work, or another resolution is appropriate. This overview does not create a blanket refund exclusion or a new request deadline.
For duplicate or incorrect billing, identify the transaction or invoice so the office can check the records. If a refund or adjustment is approved, the office will explain the amount and payment method.
Deposits and canceled work
Most accepted jobs require a deposit before being added to the job board. How a deposit is handled after a change or cancellation depends on the accepted project terms and the relevant work and material commitments. Ask the office to review your specific project.
Concerns about the work
Describe the affected area and the result you expected from the accepted scope. Photos and project documents can help the office understand the concern. Workmanship, property damage, and billing questions may require different reviews.
Payment records
Keep your receipts and any written resolution. This overview does not treat a submitted request or a proposed adjustment as proof that money has been refunded. The office can help you confirm the status of an approved payment correction.
Your records and your rights
Keep your accepted estimate, agreement, change orders, and payment records. Contact the office if you need to review the documents for your project. This overview does not restrict non-waivable rights or remedies, payment-card rights, or good-faith reports of a concern. Nothing here restricts, penalizes, or transfers ownership of an honest review.
Discuss your project with TSE
Call the office for questions about an estimate, schedule, payment, or completed work. We arrange an on-site consultation before preparing a project estimate. Most accepted jobs require a deposit before being added to the job board.
