Tri State Enterprise has served tri-state property owners since 1990, and the HVAC division keeps those buildings comfortable year round. We install complete heating and cooling systems, replace failed air conditioners and furnaces, build and repair ductwork, and run maintenance agreements that catch problems before the first hot week or the first hard freeze. Because HVAC sits in the same company as our general contracting division, mechanical work on an addition, a whole-house renovation or a new garage is scheduled by the same office running the build instead of being subcontracted out and hoped for.

Diagnosis before replacement
A failed system is not automatically a new system. We identify what actually failed and tell you whether the honest answer is a repair or a replacement.
Sized for the building
Equipment is selected for the square footage, ductwork, insulation and layout of your building. Oversized equipment short-cycles and undersized equipment never catches up.
Ductwork counts
Rooms that never get comfortable are often a duct problem, not an equipment problem. We inspect the distribution side before recommending anything.
