Plan your project

Adding onto a commercial or civic building starts with the ground. Excavation, grading and drainage for the addition are handled by our own crews, so the site work and the building stay on one schedule.

When a project changes how vehicles reach the building, the lot, the drive or the loading area can be rebuilt by our paving division as part of the same job instead of a separate contract.
Office, retail and rental interiors reworked for a new use or a new tenant: layout changes, finishes, and the mechanical and electrical work behind the walls, with our in-house HVAC division on the ductwork and equipment.
Settling, cracking, water getting in and worn exterior finishes are assessed on site first, so the scope fixes the cause and not only the damage you can see.
These details help us understand the property and the work you need. We will confirm the final scope after looking at the site.
Call the office or request a callback. Describe the property, the work you have in mind, and your preferred timing.
We arrange a consultation to look at the job, discuss site conditions and materials, and confirm what the estimate needs to cover.
Review the proposed work, exclusions, materials, and schedule. Any permits, inspections, or preparation responsibilities should be clear before work starts.
Most accepted jobs require a deposit to join the job board. The office confirms payment instructions and scheduling after the estimate is accepted.
Call (606) 836-2534 or submit a callback request. We will discuss your property and arrange a site consultation before preparing an estimate. The office number is for calls, not text messages.
Describe the building, how it is used, and which areas and entrances must stay open during the work. Bring any drawings, landlord or tenant requirements, and permit or inspection paperwork you already have. Point out access for trucks and equipment, parking that has to stay usable, and your hours of operation. Share known problems such as leaks, cracking, settling or standing water, and when you first noticed them.
The office confirms scheduling after you accept the estimate and the required deposit arrangements are made. Most accepted jobs require a deposit to join the job board. Sending a consultation request does not reserve a work date.
